Our Story
Joint Operations – Noble Manna was founded in 2020 when Cannapreneur Partners joined together with Veteran Bill Duggan with the goal of empowering the Massachusetts veteran community and providing a fun and educational environment to all who visit.
Bill Duggan, a U.S. Army veteran and retired law enforcement officer has dedicated his new career to unleashing the power of cannabis to improve lives after his family and friends found outstanding results in treating medical conditions with cannabis. The journey began with careful research, and a strong belief in the medical benefits of cannabis, specifically its treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) while looking to empower the veteran community.
Joint Operations is part of the Cannapreneur Partners family of companies. Cannapreneur Partners is a team of excellence-driven professionals that have the passion and drive to help entrepreneurs attain success while developing cannabis businesses.
